YOGAFITNESS CLASS We offer two styles of Yoga, Hatha and Vinyassa Yoga is the total mental and physical workout that is suitable for both men and women. Hatha - this form of Yoga focuses on simple poses that flow from one to another at a very comfortable pace. In this class relaxation, breathing, meditation, endurance and flexibility are the core elements. - Coordination Level -Low Vinyassa - This is a power-style Yoga that aims to purify the body through increasing circulation - it is a high flow style strengthening the body and mind through synchronized breathing and free flow movements.
