The Nerang PCYC Gym has recently been refurbished with state of the art 'Synergy' resistance equipment. We have the latest technology to help you achieve your fitness goals. We also offer a full range of modern cardio equipment including the latest 'ARC' trainers and an extensive selection of free weights and equipment. Our Gym is fully equipped with AUSTAR and ten huge PLASMA TV screens to entertain you throughout your workout and is fully air-conditioned so you can train in comfort all year round.
All new gym members are provided with a complimentary fitness orientation from one of our fully qualified personal trainers designed to specifically to meet your needs and to assist you achieve your desired health and lifestyle goals sonner. Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 8.30pm Friday 6.00am - 6.00pm Saturday 6.30am - 2.00pm Prices $10.00 per week on Direct Debit 'Bronze Membership' $399.00 per year (up front payment) $10.00 per Casual Visit |
