Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises that trains the core muscles helping to alleviate back pain, increase flexibility, strength, alignment and postural awareness. Pilates promotes a leaner look whilst enhancing coordination and balance.

Beginner/intermediate classes run for 60 minutes and include postural awareness followed by mat exercises, fit ball work and gentle stretching. Activities will vary intensity as appropriate to your level.
