Run by Black Dragon Combat System Dojo’s, is a freestyle karate which includes multiple forms of martial arts and focuses on real life practical self defense and fitness. 

Defensive techniques covered include one on one attacks, multiple opponent attacks, ground defense, weapon defense, unarmed defense and defensive tactics against a larger and stronger opponent.

This form of karate is considered to be the most practical form of self defense with real life confrontation.
